As i've goten older, i justi respect my body more for what she is. My strong back holds me upright. These strong arms, they help me when i do a push up. Like right in the i'm a human being. I go through emotions and my motions. Now, now doesn't mean that i can't, when i turn forty, be my most fit self at 40. You have a really powerful experience with weaght laws.
