The Four-Day Split

I don't think the Texas method is particularly useful for most of the guys that are trying to do this shit because it's too fucking difficult to recover from. It requires that you're not any older than 25 and that you've got unlimited access to rest and food, which means you're living in your parents' basement or something. There's a three-hour workout. Nobody's got three hours to train. Most people need to do the four-day split. The Monday, Thursday, Tuesday, Friday, upper body, lower body, four-day Split. That's what I've said. I've said that.
