You Know Stress Is a Form of a Challenge Stress Response
When we are able to appreciate the meaning of what we do or the meaning of a struggle that we're in the middle of both increases stress but it also increases you know life satisfaction and a sense of purpose. I feel like that's another way that a lot of times um if you think it you should be less stressed people think well then what I have to do is care less, he says.
