Rituals that cultivate a healthy relationship to ambiguity are really helpful, at least for me. That can be anything from allowing chance to have a greater role in your life. And then also reading or interacting with religious slash spiritual material that cultivates ambiguity. It's helpful as well because these are people who are good at expressing the beauty of ambiguity.
