How to Train for an Ironman Distance Race
I've been using your plan from your best triathlon book for training for the Spring Distance Nationals. It was a half a year of preparing and starting out very easy, building a base and then building up to higher intensity levels. If you go a bit into what the Ironman athletes should do, if you use, for example, a reverse periodization model, you touched upon that already. But now we've reversed the method of how you do volume and intensity.
