Is There a Difference Between Product and Service Design?

I was originally going to do it kind of journalistic way and speak to other service designers. And then Ben and Lavrens said, now come up, we'll write it with you. So that was sort of the official switch, I suppose, into that. Now what I mostly do is as a design leadership coach for people who are leading projects or departments in their organizations. The words you use set up a mental model of how you think about things, right? If you just if you think of someone as a as an activist, you think of them in certain way,. You think of them as a terrorist, you Think of them in another way. It really makes a difference.
