Dose Response Relationship Between Treglusride and Pancreotitis?
Triglicerides are a type of lipid, and they're composed of fatty acids and glyceral. They get absorbed from the food we eat by the small intestine then transported in the blood inside a type of lypo protein called cylo microns. These tri glycerides can be hydralized and broken down to free fatty acids which could harm the pancreus. But it turns out that triglycerides themselves don't seem to be the problem. Thereis evidence that free fatty acids,. which, like we said, get released when triglicerides were hydralized that they themselves are capable of inducing pancreatic injury.
