There's two types of sales then. There's kind of transactional sales, which is where you go to a drug store and you buy this item because the person was very helpful. And so when I leave that store, I say, you know what, that was a good sales person. That was a very pleasant experience. So that's one type of sales. It's trying to jack them andtype of sales.
