How to Break a Plateau With Frequency Training
I wouldn't use a decreased frequency as a means to break the plateau I'd use for example more training volume more variety in the exercise selection. More complex prioritization model like triple and relation periodization rather what they were doing before or just different exercises more together if I think that the program is still solid. It's this exercise specifically that they are just you know they're basically maxed out on it sometimes literally if it's the machine that cannot carry on weight but yeah when you use frequency as a mean to break a plateau or at least not a reduced frequency right right so I guess like that that's probably our fundamental disagreement here.
