Is GPT-3 Free?

I'm pretty certain it won't stay free because it's more powerful than GPT-3. I think they're just basically gathering data about how people use it and so forth. It does say explicitly, this is to get external feedback to improve our systems,. make them safer. The chat interface rather than like a big text window that you can kind of arbitrarily edit. This way there's a risk if you get in like a really long conversation with it, that it'll get kind of myopic on what it thinks you're doing. That's just a thing about language models at this point.
