I feel that we can get so much more out of all the ground based stuff that it's the kind of cherry on top. I think maybe in the science we are starting to understand what can come from the adaptations of more locomoted based movement and we're getting a lot more research on that. And again hopefully I can bring some of that background of knowledge that I've got from doing it for the past 13 14 years and start to change you know bring about a bit more confidence in teaching that kind of plyometrics rather than the depth jumping stuff.
