Taking a Moment to Reflect on the Sensational Sensations
Sensing your body just as it is at this moment, sitting here and just tuning in what sensations are here. How does it feel pleasant or unpleasant? And if there are pleasant sensations, perhaps a sense of relaxation somewhere, acknowledging it. If it's unpleasant, a discomfort or intensity somewhere, or tiredness, perhaps, acknowledging this. It's unpleasant, then we say, inwardly, it's ok not to like this. Taking a moment now to reflect on what you noticed. We're going to explore this in more detail using mindful movement in a moment.
