"I don't really think the time domains are, i don't think they're insanely important," he says. "It's hard to hit a target that you don't even have." Mark is working on his next ten pounds and wants to lose them in 12 weeks or six months. He doesn't like people setting weight loss goals because if it took 20 years for him to gain this amount of weight, what makes us think we can do it in one month?
