The cardio trap is where we do a lot of cardio to burn off calories. But then the body needs to regain homeostatus s at some points, so we have compensation of digestive processes,. Compensation of food preparation, and of course, just our appetites. We go in, we devour an entire bread truck, or just go and thrown, i out of an all you can eat chinese buffet or something. Then after that, we're like, a shota just egt a ton next day. Now i got to do a whole lot of cardeo to burn it off - which keeps the cycle going.
