How to Do Lymphatic Massages
There's no better way to express venous drainage out of the skin and lymphatic swelling than manual digital massage. I generally will follow the zygomatic cheekbones all the way up. I love doing massage around the eyes. The eye muscle is blinking 20,000 times a day when you massage upward and outward into the temple above the brow. That muscle tension goes away and your eye looks more open and wide.
