Under a really heavy training cycle, which lift would take the biggest hit for each of you guys? For me, the bench. It's hard to say. I definitely needed lighter weight on the deadlift for me to make progress. Like if you had pushed higher intensities that whole cycle, you would have just fucked yourself up more or less, you think?
