Should I Stop Bench Pressing?
I am back lifting and running. And i have found all exercises fine, dead lifts, front squats, weighted pull up, shoulder press, kettle bell swings. That's a good programme right there, except for the bench press. Am, from your experience, have you found that some men are just not able to bench press once they get an injury? Yes.
