Do Hyaluronic Acid Supplements Really Improve Skin Wrinkles?

As we age, our levels of hyaluronic acid generally decline. A 75 year old person only has about 25% of the hyaluronyl acid that a 25 year old person has. So if you're looking for an option to hydrate the skin, then hyaluronal acid is an option. But over the long term, I'm not aware that hyaluronics acid serum has actually held with skin aging per se, but it's the supplements that do.
