i could give a whole five hour talk on how i feel about technolog and kids another time. But let's just look at stress for a moment, and i'll demonstrate how i share the stress response with young people. What i'm having us do is really simulate the stress response, the fighter flight response. Int thousands of years ago, our ancestors getting chased by a sabe or two tigers. Well, i you may be one o, run away, flee. And then you can just collapse over in your seat like this - which is maybe how you feel at seven 30 at night on wednesday.
