"I was kind of a fat kid in middle school. And I remember once getting made fun of for it, somebody had made fun of me for being overweight," he says. "And so at the time, I thought, Oh, I want to lose weight." The actor and producer has been working out since high school but didn't start lifting weights until recently. He can now deadlift up to 385 pounds; his max squat is around 305.
