How to Grapple as You Get Older

Chris Hodder: I will be 51 years old this coming summer, and I've had the opportunity through BJJ mental models to reach a lot of older grapplers in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. This is a unisex non gendered approach. There's nothing specifically male about it. We're ultimately talking about general strategies for older grapplers that includes really anyone as long as they basically have to kind of worry about their bowel movements.
