Is There a Burnout Routine?
I think the thing that hits me the most with it is that it's not just being tired and, but it's like accompanied with this apathy towards doing more work. So I feel like I'm not exactly a functioning system and putting place and routine that I put in place to help navigate my way through this burnout. What are some of the ways that we can work on once we're in burnout, getting out of it? And we can also later off to talk about how to like prevent future burnout.
