The Importance of a Strong Delivery Margin
I think it's beautiful because it is the purest form of what we believe in which is like all that really matters is that you have strong delivery margin and that you manage it overhead well. What you've essentially done is you've placed this firewall in the business where you've pushed that responsibility to your team. You don't have to worry about things like time tracking and utilization rates and all the operational stuff that people pay us to figure out for them but if you get the right ones it seems to work so okay I got on the soapbox early I'll come back to it what I want to work through next is like how did you arrive at?
