The Loss of a Mom
I would say I did cry a lot in that first year and just kind of just got got got loud for me. And then we had peers two years later and Kennedy's two years after that. So I had like two newborns, you know, it just felt like I was always having twins or then adding Kennedy. My mom had been a teacher my whole life and I had a job I loved,. But about a year in I just knew that I couldn't lead my team and also lead well at home so I resigned her role.
