i think that the baseline bench press measurements were very, very low. And probably they would have had more generalizable data if e just kind of bit the bullet and said, let's do six weeks or eight weeks of familiarization. Because when you've got, you know, the placibo group almost doubling their bench press in eight weeks, what could you possibly say about what the actual supplement's doing? There's so much noise and volatility. So i assume that our listeners love a good physi logy.
