The thing that's really been a game changer for me is incorporating a lot more practice into the modeling. The mistake I made in the past was I do the modeling and I just cross my fingers and hope the kids have got it. So with this, what's really nice is you do a couple of examples yourself, but then on the right hand side of the board,. I'm firing off loads of the kids and I'm doing them one at a time. It's not like it's a work to example and then the kids practice. The whole thing is practice, me respond, check for understanding it. And so again we probably from some additional language to describe what we're talking
