I really like 20-40s and I've been doing this one. It's a 40 on, 20 off, 20 on, 5 minutes off. Those are my peanut butter and jelly. People that love it, they love it. There's some guys that say well if you can't really hit your threshold lots you're not riding hard enough to do what we're trying to do. Other people like no doing a fatigue is a good thing. If you're doing something at the end of the block the threshold's not going to be as high.
