How to Navigate a Product Adoption Cycle?
Sales enablement was needed to create battle cards for the new product. This wasn't something that they were used to doing because they're used to creating content either for trainings or, you know, self service content. They didn't fully understand how a multi stakeholder adoption cycle looks like. And I think it was also a case of who was going to be the decision maker versus the person who needed to actually implement the product and get value.
