The koala drill doesn't go well. I never found putting people together. So it had to have really long term clients who kind of had drunk the Kool-Aid. There's a lot of overthinking that happens, a lot of perfectionism that happens. Joseph was all about whole body movements, not this or that pet set of muscles. And when you look at these exercises, like they are basically whole body exercises, the control is gone.
