The Importance of Strength Training

I'm seeing exactly the gains you're supposed to, right? Where I'm like approaching this fifth week of and if things go planned, I'll be able to get five sets of five next week in each of those lifts. So that's that's pretty good increase. And as we've talked about a little bit on the morning show, I'm just like, you know, it's nice to get physique improvements, I guess. Not I guess it's nice. But I don't know, somehow the like getting stronger, like it just feels more like a sport if the goal is to get stronger.
