Is the Platform Really Mediating?
When a client requests the service, they check a box for what they think they want. And but you are allowed to have that first conversation and come back and say, i think it's a different service. Is the platform really mediating? It much more than that. Incoming request don't go directly to anybody, exens the platform. The platform is reviewing the request and then looking at the experts and saying, oh, i think this request would work well in my case for hannaho.
