The patient had a history of childhood minimal change disease that then progressed through various stages of FSGS to end stage kidney disease classic case. She got transplanted but she never had a post-transplant biopsy done, which was a little bit of a shame. But we were able to get her HLA lab samples that were saved from like a year before the transplant and in those already she was high positive.
