I travel with the hot pot, you know, on the cone and like beans are already ground. So that seems to work really well for me. And I make up a mixture of rice and scrambled eggs and it has raisins and olive oil and some soy sauce  and I just warm it up in the microwave. It's nice, sound awful to most listeners. No, I'm drooling right now actually. That's pretty tasty. The soy sauce too. Nice sodium too. Yeah. But I mean, I think that speaks to...you stay true to what you know works for your gut, works for your palate. yeah.
