All samples that we've tested from patients that develop minimal change disease post vaccination have anti-nephrin antibodies. So clearly an immune dysregulation can trigger in some patients the formation of autoimmunity. I also think about it with old people with Hodgkin's or other lymphomas or other old people associated stuff. Are they reasonably represented in this cohort? Or it just seemed like it was tended to be younger, healthier cohort of minimal change disease folks here?"
