regenerative agriculture stands on a number of principles at its heart always as regeneration of the soil. It's an acknowledgement that the natural systems are so depleted that we cannot and should not sustain that depletion. So in trying to regenerate the soil, the techniques which I saw most often are but firstly about disturbing that soil as little as possible. The other principle was using livestock as a tool within your system, within a holistic system by which I mean everything joined altogether.
