When we work out at home, I like to divide and conquer strategy. Here's the cool thing with kids, you can walk them,. So getting your kids involved in as much as possible is a really good thing to do. You could just, you know, do two, three days of DeWyde to be fine. But for us, that's sort of been the sweet spot where we kind of get the best of all worlds.
