The Impossible Standard
i think collectively, as a patient body and the public, i think there is maybe a slight lack of awareness that mistakes do happen. A takig it get through that reflective, useful, stressful process. If we call people heroes and angels, that's an impossible standard they can't reach. And so, you know, i think actually allowing helping people realize that we're human, we can't get it right all the time would be better.
