I like to say we have to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. That's where growth happens. And if you're uncomfortable, that's a good sign that you're in the right place to get into that. So I mean, it all kind of goes back to each of us coming to terms with ourselves and perhaps self-confidence to recognize we're not perfect. There will be mistakes and it's all in how you address them when they happen. One of the keys to success is holding seemingly competing perspectives in your mind at the same time.
