The hajo, the sican pepper is a member of the citrus family. It has a very characteristic taste and ylver and a physical property why its so pungent. The flower pepper looks sort of like a flower but it actually numbs your tongue and lips. And some people like to joke that the reason the strinese love it so much is because it allows them to eat more chilly peppers.
