Bringing Your Awareness to Your Feet
So spending a few minutes now just bringing your awareness in whatever post you decide. So taking that time to lie down or to find your sitting posture. Letting your eyes close, if that feels comfortable, or lowering your gaze. Just letting your gaze land somewhere on some object. See if it's possible to notice the changing, fluxing nature of the sensations as they come and go. And you'll know it by the changing sensations sensing.
