Sleep problems might arise from medications that taking, or some sort of underlying genetic condition. The key thing for most people is something called stimulus control of behavior. It's just the certain stimuli predictably lead to certain behavior. High quality sleep is about much more than sleep duration alone. How broken up somebody's sleep is is critical to certain health outcomes. And then also how well somebody feels they sleep,. as well as how alert they feel during the daytime, or other dimensions of sleep health.
