Ani: The idea came from when i inturned it drop box whills in business. And so as we interviewed people, i kind of became clear that if you're using go or micro soft, there's just not an easy way to send a link. We'd record the conversations, we transcribed them, and we try to pull out common elements which action gave us like a pretty decent early road map in terms ike what it was we were building. Ani: There is no one hair on fire problem. It was just a collection of benefits that we hoped, in total, would be sufficient to change people's behavior.
