Is There a One Size Fits All Approach?
i think that even if it some one that's never tried it, and i know some people that claim they've felt benefits from it. If you're kind of suffering tru not etig it ando, giving yourself a sense of control and predictability over things still strikes me as a heck of a placibo effect. And we've got to figure out then, who, you know, which, which types of m goals work best for who.
