How to Build a Habit
When you're building a new habit, what you want to focus on is the reps. The frequency with which you are showing up versus the quantity of time that you are setting aside. So instead of saying, I'm going to write for five hours on Sunday, I'm Going To Write For 10 Hours On Sunday. It's a much easier commitment to keep than having that big chunk of time because things can get in the way.
