I see this missing in call sometimes where I'm like, dude, you're just not connecting with the other person on the human to human level. So a word I think of is fun. And so reps, they get, if your goal is to go have a sales call, you're not going to connect,. If you just relax and have a conversation based around those couple of things, then you're going to find yourself connecting.
