And if we think about the differential learning which is the idea variation to kind of piece apart what works and what doesn't work in the same way that we're not learning. Look at experts, look at learners, look at your peers peer modeling as a ton of research to back it. So encourage your athletes to look at other athletes, those that look like themthose that don't look like them.
