A lot of people who listen to this podcast are very busy. It's an everyone. You need to prioritise it because a lot of people that are busy, they'll work. If you don't get seven to nine hours of good quality sleep, you can have a nap in the day. The thing that really set it off for me was that we are helpless when we're asleep.
