We want to accept that these emotions ae always gong b a part of our lives. But we can do something constructive with them. I supposeto reacting to their every beck and call. We can like use them in responsible, responsive, healthy ways. It would be better if we had a a kind of accurate homeostasis - not low level anxiety the entire time.
