I used to have my two favorite exercises in in whole calisthenics which actually still are the muscle abs and the hands and push-ups from here. Can you speak about the favorite accessory exercises for someone that wants to get stronger and straight-lifting? I also like doing unilateral work for the pull-down, rows you know all those exercises they're very good for your back. No need to talk about sets, reps, intensity but just what overall structure could someone follow with good success?
