EEG Microstates Are More Predictable in Experienced Meditators Than Non-Meditators
We apply so-called epsilon machines to EEG data. So we collect EEG data from experienced meditators and analyze it into EEG microstates. And what we showed is that the epsilon Machines in, or the succession, the sequences of the EEG microstates are much less predictable than in non-meditators. Again, it is straight in that point that the neural dynamics are much more free to evolve in whatever directions because they're not stuck in a rut.
